MILAN (13 September 2022) – Swatchbox has opened its newest office in Milan, Italy.
The new Italian office lays the groundwork for further expansion of the Swatchbox platform into Europe, including the establishment of a Swatchbox Milan Sample Hub.
Swatchbox, created in 2018 by architects in the United States, followed a similar pattern with its 2021 opening of the Swatchbox London office and 2022 public launch of the Swatchbox platform in the United Kingdom at Clerkenwell Design Week 2022.
The Swatchbox platform provides architects, interior designers, and other building professionals with a curated selection of interior and exterior products available for free request, including tile, brick, carpet, paint, and lighting finishes, among many other options. Each request ships samples from multiple brands in one box that is returnable (along with any unneeded samples) or recyclable, enabling design professionals to use samples in a more sustainable way.
